For me, it's not a quadratic equation nor a function, yet it can be considered as a quadratic expression. Why? The standard form of a quadratic equation is ax^2 + bx + c = 0. While the form of a quadratic function is f(x) = ax^2 + bx + c or y = ax^2 + bx + c.
- Hope it helps. :)
