A. Protection of the internal body systems
- The integumentary system protects the internal organs of your body by serving as a barrier to the internal organs and to the environment of the organism.
- The integumentary system also helps to maintain homeostasis and sense things.
- The circulatory system is incharge of distribution of nutrients where the blood distributes oxygen and nutrients to different parts of our body so they can perform their function.
- The digestive system is incharge of digestion of food taken. Digestion starts from your mouth and ends in your intestines.
- The respiratory system is incharge of inhalation and exhalation. Respiration starts from your nose/mouth and it ends in your lungs.
