Follapian Tube also known as uterine tube is about 10cm long duct of female(mammalian) reproductive tract. Fertilization of egg takes place at proximal end of follapian tube. The fertilized egg stays in follapian tube for 3−4 days. Hence it provide protection to the egg released from the ovary and serve as carrier for its safe transportation to the uterus.

Vas Deferens is about 45cm long duct of male reproductive tract. Spermatids produced in the testes after meiotic division differentiate into mature sperms. These sperms are then transferred to vas deferens via its first highly convoluted part i.e epididymis. The vas deferens then transport the sperms to the ejaculatory duct and urethra.
