Hot appetizers are appetizers that are served hot. It includes meat, seafoods and poultry and pastries. While, Cold appetizers are appetizers that served cold. It includes spreads, cheese and canned foods like tuna.
It's a both for me but if I really had to choose one, I'll choose Cold appetizers not just it's easy to prepare but it's also interesting and exciting to taste.
