Here is my two cents about Albert Einstein's quote about Mathematics and human thought
Here, Albert Einstein posits that Mathematics is a stand alone product, that it is not related to human experience, hence he explains further that Mathematics represents reality. For humans, their experiences shape their thoughts, and more often than not, are very subjective.
For example, two people who participate in an activity together must recall their experiences differently. The first person might remember the event chronologically, the thorough details, as well as the mood. One the other hand, the other person might remember more about his feelings or impression towards the events and the place.
Meanwhile, Mathematics here is put into an objective domain of reality that could be observed and proven with the help of elements found in Mathematics itself, such as numbers. After all, numbers are man-made concept that make it easier to understand nature, or in this case, reality.
