Gender bias or Sexism as commonly known is a prejudice or discrimination based on one's sex or gender. It can affect anyone, most of the time to women and those under the LGBTQA+ community. It has been linked to stereotypes and gender roles, and may include the belief that one sex or gender is intrinsically superior to another. I would say that gender bias is inappropriate because it will hurt the person more and that they wanted to be loved and respected the way they are and what they do. Besides, it is a must to treat others the way we want to be treated.
