Paano mag-diet? Very simple, you just have to follow these things:
a. Eat less, especially rice.
b. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
c. Stop drinking soda, beer, or anything with alcohol.
d. Drink lots of water, instead!
e. Don't forget to exercise.

Di mo naman kailangang mag-skip ng meal kasi di nakakatulong. You just have to maintain your exercise, at iwasan ang mga junk foods, and stop smoking and drinking alcohols. Also, kontrolin mo yung mga kinakain mo. Bawiin mo sa exercise ang mga kinakain mo especially ang mga may carbohydrate at cholesterol. Atleast 3-5 times a week ang exercise. :)
