In transcription process, specific base pairing is very important
to ensure the right sequence of the mRNA. What ensures the correct code for amino acids
in the protein is the transcription process. The right amino acids are inserted
into the polypeptide through base pairing: tRNA which have anti-codons which
joined the mRNA at the ribosome.
