Sagot :

what do you notice with the number of valence electrons, electronegativity values and ionization energies of the ff elements; lithium, flourine, sulfur, calcium, nitrugen and aluminun .. pasagot naman oh .. kailangan ko po talaga .. tnx :)

we have this elements  ( Li, F, S, Ca, P, B)

Valence electrons

  • Electrons in the periodic table increase from  left to right over the same time.  They can thus increase order  for the elements described above .

Li     Ca     B      P    S   F

Electronegativity

  • Electronegativity in the periodic table  increases from left to right.
  • Period 2:   Li    B    F
  • Period 3:     P    S
  • Period 4 :   Ca

Ionization energy

  • The energy of ionization increases on the periodic  table from left to right over the same time.

  • I have observed that the energy of ionization and  electron-negativity have increased as their number of valence electrons increased.
  • The higher the number of valence electrons, the higher the electronegativity  rate, and the higher the ionization energy, the higher the value electrons.
