it depends in the place if a community is an example a beach or mountainside
that certain community has a high risk from tsunamis and landslides.
if the community is an open area there are low and medium risks of calamaties if a community is near the fault line that community is more likely to earthquakes but super destructive earthquakes are very rare making iit medium.but if the community is a laid back it will unlikely to have a calamity that will destroy that community making it low risk
