The two stages of photosynthesis 1.) The light depended reaction and 2.) The calvin cycle , (calvin cycle is termed by an american chemist Melvin Calvin) this is a light independent that takes place in the stroma, and converts carbon dioxide into sugar, this stage does not directly need light but needs the PRODUCTION OF LIGHT OF REACTION, you can process calvin cycle after the accumulation of light independent reactiob, thus it occurs immediately after the light dependent phase. :)
