help me pls i need it now : how much water is in a cylindrical tin can with a radius of 7cm and a height of 20cm if its only a quarter full ?

Sagot :

Volume of cylinder:  V = π r² h
Water in the cylindrical tin = quarter full or 1/4 of the volume of the the tin

π = 3.14
radius = 7 cm
height = 20 cm

Equation:  Volume of Water = 1/4 (π r² h)
                                        = 1/4 (3.14 x 7²  x 20)
                                        = 1/4 (3.14 x 49 x 20)
                                        = 1/4 (3,077.20)
                                        =  769.3 cubic cm.
