it depends on your lesson. Start it with an objective, then indicate the IM's you're going to use (instructional material), your source (e.g. the book title and page or if you got it on internet, just put the web address) then the subject matter (your topic), then the lesson proper (the part where you discuss your lesson) then activity (as much as possible, use authentic asessment) then generalization (sum up) then application (seatwork) then lastly the Assignment part.
Nga pala, it will always depend on what kind of lesson plan you'll use kasi diba may detailed, semi detailed and brief lesson plan. You can see examples on google naman :) and syempre piliin mo yung madaling lesson or rather yung kaya mo. Godbless! hope this helps :)
