What adventure does Polydectes suggest that Perseus undertake?
When Perseus was fully grown up, King Polydektes (Polydectes) mandated that he should get the head of Medousa (Medusa).
The gods helped him procure the winged sandals, an invisible helm and a magical sword. Perseus looked for the ancient Graiai (Graeae). Perseus stole their single eye in order for them to reveal the location of the Gorgones. When Medousa was sleeping, he beheaded her.
