There are lots of ways to conquer emotional depression. One of these is to meet and hangout with your friends or family. You should ask for advice and support to feel relieved from your depression. Also look for a better perspective. Have a new hobby! And never forget to ask God and thanks him :)
be optimistic. do what seems to be fun to you, like eating or reading a book, having conversation with ya friends. Have a peace of mind, you might be over thinking and lastly and the most important is to PRAY! it works. :)
