Sagot :
Hi! So, what you gonna is to determine or know the units in a decimal.
Example:
0.35
So, The unit is hundreths. So, you gonna divide it to hundred and remove the decimal point
Example:
35/100
After you do that, simplify the fraction
Example:
7/20
Thats the final answer

For me the easiest way ,is by counting the digits after decimal point..so there are two decimal places, which means that there must be two zeros in the denominator of the fraction..
0.29 ---> 29/100
Another example:
1.48
You can notice that theres a number before the decimal point,which means that this number is a whole number in the fraction
Therefore:
1.48 ---> 1 48/100 or you can simplify this
1 48/100 ---> 1 12/25
hope it can help :)
