In my opinion, after a week of jogging within the timeframe of 15-30 minutes it will make some moderate changes to your body like increases your stamina and you will feel more energize and your body light. You will also grow leg muscles slowly if you continue to do jogging everyday, your skin will become clearer as well because the sweat and impurities in your body is being flushed out. Also, it may not be visible but you will become healthy with exercise, you won't easily get sick or out of breathe when you run for a long time or when you walk to a far place because you jog and train your feet and stamina. The effects of jogging is when muscles formed in your calves and hamstrings, also your feet would grow calluses but it will stop your feet from hurting in the long run.

At first it was really hard for me because I am not used in doing this kind of activity and it was really hard and tiring for me.But as each day passes my body got used to waking up early and jog. I became lively and energetic as I do this kind of exercise.
