what is answer???
1.what changes took place when solid materials are??
A.bent??
B.pressed
C.hammered
D.cut

Sagot :

a. It is fact that solid materials can be bent, the material when bent may change its shape and size but it will not transform into another object. There is no new material that is formed after bending. Clearly, only the physical appearance of the materials is changed.
b. However, when solid materials are pressed, they
may/ may not change their size and shape while other solid materials may also change their texture when pressed. Still, there is no new material formed because only the physical appearance of the material is changed.
c. When solid materials are hammered, they
may change their size and shape, and even the texture. However, no new material is formed because only the physical appearance of the material is changed.
d. When solid materials are cut,
these materials may change their size and shape, but no new material is formed. Hence, only the physical appearance of the solid material is changed when cut. Furthermore, not all solid materials can be cut using simple scissors. Some solid materials, like iron, steel, etc. , can be cut using sophisticated cutters (i. e. metal cutters/ machine cutters).
