The picture on the right is a white paper bag that doesn't have any print on it and it has a brown background while the picture on the right is a brown paper bag that has a print on it and a white background
If we're talking about minimalistic the left paper bag appealing, but if you like adding more spice and design on things the paper bag on the right is much more appealing to you
Because of the person's (me) taste in paper bags
Because it's not the type of bag that I usually like
Redesign it, like printing another design for the paper bag that I didn't like
