1. What are some of our endangered species?
2. Based on the selection and the facts presented, do you think forest is important to
people and animals? Why?
3. In what way do denuded forests affect our water supply?
4. In your own little way, how can you help preserve wildlife and natural resources?
5. What could be the causes of the denudation of our forests?
6. Suppose your community is overcrowded, how would you compare the air this
place 20 to 30 years ago and today?
7. Who must save our forest as a whole?
8. If forest destruction will continue, what would be the possible effects to people
and to the environement?
9. Why should we save our planet?
10. Are there other planet habitable for man if mother earth will be totally destroyed?

Sagot :

Answer:

1.  Giant Panda, Tiger, Whooping Crane, Blue Whale, Asian Elephant etc.

2. Forests are vital to life on Earth. They purify the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, prevent erosion, and act as an important buffer against climate change. Forests are shelters of all living things and that proves the point that the forest is important to all species.

3. The forest ecosystem retained much of the rainfall, reduced floods in the river and contributed to a sustainable water supply to the local community. It protects the soil from being eroded by anchoring it by its root system, reduces the velocity of raindrops by its canopy, which leads to less splash erosion.

4. Recycle your rubbish, show care to plants and every other animal in your area, start participating in green competitions.

5.The most common pressures causing deforestation and severe forest degradation are agriculture, unsustainable forest management, mining, infrastructure projects and increased fire incidence and intensity.

6. The air in the past 30 years must've been a little thicker than what the air is in the present.

7. Us. There were no lists of limited chosen people that have the responsibility to save the forests. We all were given an assignment of defending the greeny habitat but considering our situation right now, I think we failed to do our mission as humans.

8.The most known consequence of deforestation is its threat to biodiversity. In fact, forests represent some of the most veritable hubs of biodiversity. From mammals to birds, insects, amphibians or plants, the forest is home to many rare and fragile species. 80% of the Earth's land animals and plants live in forests.

9. It is our temporary home, our shelter. God created the earth for living things. Our well-being solely depends on this planet it gives food and water to all living things to it is our responsibility to take care of it.

10. A 2015 review concluded that the exoplanets Kepler-62f, Kepler-186f and Kepler-442b were likely the best candidates for being potentially habitable. These are at a distance of 990, 490 and 1,120 light-years away, respectively.

May God Bless You!
