It depends on the situation.. My friend also experienced such thing and it just ruined their friendship the boy just go away and seems like (umiiwas) but you can confess your feelings if you think he/she will accept your confession and why not? You'll also get the chance to upgrade your relationship if so and he/she will know how you feel about him/her and refrain others to get her/him from you.. :)
