1. Smoking, alcohol and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.
2. Guests shall acquaint themselves with the fire safety procedures and comply
immediately with fire or other safety drills, alarms and instructions.
3. Food must be consumed anywhere and food waste must be properly disposed of.
4. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will
not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
5. Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in.
6. Bills must not be settled on presentation, personal cheques are not accepted.
7. Only registered guests are permitted in the Hotel, other than for brief visits in
common areas. Overnight visitors are permitted.
8. Guests shall behave appropriately and with discretion at all times, respectful of the
Hotel environment and staff, as well as of other guests.
9. During the quiet hours from 12pm to 7am, guests shall be particularly considerate and
refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity.
10. Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes
is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
11. Proper care should be taken of personal valuables.
12. Parties or gatherings of more than 15 people are not permitted in the Hotel.
13. Check out time is (mention your checkout time here) please inform the reception if
you wish to retain your room beyond this time.
14. Guests are expected to keep their rooms and the common areas clean and tidy at
several times.
15. The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable.​
