The discrimination underscored in the song is about our gender. If you're a boy, many people thinks you can do better girls can do. You're strong and powerful. And if you're a girl, people thinks you're weak and you can't do what boys can do.
They think that we girls are helpless. It's unfair right? Gender must be equal. It doesn't matter if you're a boy or a girl. Equality must be process in this situation.
