- It is directed at another student or group of students wherein it infringes the rights of the student(s).
- The act of bullying threatens the peace and solidarity in the school campus where the bullying is taking place.
- WHAT IS THE SENATE?
- The senate and its house of representatives is part of the legislative sector of the government.
- The senate's main responsibility is to develop laws, resolutions, and discuss matters through congress.
- They are one of the most powerful sectors of the government, handling almost all of the lawmaking issues of the country.
- The senate has the power to impeach public officials such as the President, the Vice President, the Ombudsman, and more, if they ever deem that the person or persons in that position aren't worthy.
HOW WILL I STOP BULLYING AS A SENATOR?
- As the lawmaking body of the government, I will start by developing laws that will:
- persecute individuals who commit the act of bullying,
- support individuals who receive the aforementioned act,
- provide programs that will help not only the affected person(s), but also the person(s) who committed the aforementioned act,
- provide new rules that will impose stricter rules on bullying,
- provide a clearer parameter to what counts as bullying;
- These developments will ensure that not only do the people affected by the bullying will receive proper treatment, but also the people who did the bullying in the first place.
- This will ensure that both sides are taken care of by the due process of law, and proper psychological treatment has been given to them.
