For you to be an interesting person, first of all of course, don't be boring. Be always positive and straight to the point. Be talkative in a positive way but let others speak too. Always listen to what others are saying. For them to be interested in you, you should be interested first in them. You should respect others, voice tone and body language are very important. But remember, being always true to yourself is the best and easiest way you can do. :)
