Subject-verb agreement is easy to learn (not in a boastful way). Subject-verb agreement means that the subject has a verb modifying it. For example:
The boy is eating his food.
The italicized word which is boy is the subject
The word in the bold form which is "is eating" is the verb, which shows what the subject is doing.
