How to compute for areas of objects like square, circle, rectangle and triangle?

Sagot :

Triangle - A= ½bh ... Multiply the base and the height then divide the answer to 2.
Square A= s² or s × s
Rectangle = lw or Length/Long × Width/Wide
Circle = πr² or 3.14 (π) x r²

Ex. The radius of the coffee table that has circle in shape is 3dm. Find it's area.do:
3 × 3 = 9    9 × 3.14 = 28.26 So it means that 28.26 dm² is the area.

More information:
Trapezoid=  (b1+b2) x h Just... add the 2 bases of the trapezoid.
                             2
Then multiply it to the height. Then divide it to 2.
Parallelogram= bh or base × height

NOTE: NEVER TO FORGET TO PUT SQUARE UNIT OR ² Example: 27cm²   30 cm²  BUT NEVER TO PUT SQUARE UNIT IF YOU LOOKED FOR PERIMETER.
