Reflection about health related fitness​

-• performed my workout plan today during the double lesson for the first time. I started off with the warm ups which were on my fitness plan. I did the warms that I wrote down on my fitness, and I also added some to the warm ups because it seemed that I had less warm ups. After the warm ups, I performed most of the exercises that I wrote down for the double lesson, but I couldn’t do all of them. I only performed the exercises once and I couldn’t do all of them but I was supposed to perform it twice during the double lesson.
