I have a answer on your question I cannot explain at all yet I have a little explanation on that .Sorry
hold ctrl+alt then click and drag the object you want to copy into anywere you want to place it
Alt-click (Windows) or Option-click (Mac OS) the Load Path As A Selection button at the bottom of the Paths panel.
Alt-drag (Windows) or Option-drag (Mac OS) the path to the Load Path As A Selection button.
Choose Make Selection from the Paths panel menu.
Adjust image shadows and highlights. Choose Image > Adjustments > Shadow/Highlight. Adjust the amount of lighting correction by moving the Amount slider or entering a value in the Shadows or Highlights percentage box
Change the Magnifier zoom level with a keyboard
To increase the Magnifier zoom level, press the Windows logo key + Plus sign (+)
To decrease the Magnifier zoom level, press the Windows logo key + Minus sign (-)
Click START to open Raw.pics.io.
Open an image from your computer that you want to rotate.
Click Edit and select Rotate 90° CW tool.
Keep clicking this button to tilt photo until the necessary orientation.
Close the photo rotator.
