What are your experiences on working on the activity, what are your insights and
perspectives on preparing the survey instruments, conducting, and processing the
results of the survey?


To assess preserved foods, we will look into the criteria to determine the quality of the
particular preserved product. By checking at the health benefits, tasting and looking
into the appearance of the preserved foods and by looking into the criteria being set, we
can assess it and identify if there is a need for the product to be improved or enhanced.
